Indiana Businesses: Providing New Opportunities for Success

“As Secretary of State, I will be an ally and friend to the business community.  I believe the Secretary of State can play a vital role in the economic renewal and development of Indiana.”
-Vop

Vop Osili is a businessman who knows the challenges of starting a business and then working for its continued success.  As a founding partner and president of A2SO4, a successful Indiana architectural design company, Vop and his team of architects and designers have designed and overseen projects here in Indiana and around the world.

Vop is committed to being an advocate for Indiana businesses.  The Secretary of State’s office is responsible for maintaining the records and registrations for corporations, non for profits, LLCs and LLPs operating in the state of Indiana.  Vop’s plans as Secretary of State include streamlining the process of opening and filing new business entities and the UCC filing process.

Feeding off of Indiana’s rich history of proactive innovation, Vop’s vision goes beyond improving the current business services of the Secretary of State’s office to providing new services for Indiana businesses that will make it easier for businesses to relocate to Indiana and create a new interactive network that connects Indiana businesses with Indiana resources.  Additionally, Vop will work to develop new services focused on providing resources and assistance to start up, fledging Hoosier businesses.

In today’s economy, many Indiana businesses are suffering.  The Secretary of State’s office can and should play a more active role in improving the economic climate of our state and ensuring that Hoosier businesses have all of the support and resources possible.  As Secretary of State, this will be one of Vop Osili’s top priorities.
